Booking and Payment Terms

All tour bookings and payments are processed by Peek (book.peek.com). When you click a booking link on this Site, you leave this Site and enter Peek's platform, which is governed by Peek's own terms of service and privacy policy.

• Pricing: Tour prices displayed on this Site are approximate and may vary. The price shown on Peek at the time of booking is the final price.
• Cancellation: Cancellation policies are set by Peek and Freaky Foot Tours LLC. Refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms. General policy: full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before the tour, 50% refund 24 to 72 hours before, no refund under 24 hours.
• We are not responsible for Peek's system availability, payment processing, or technical issues on their platform.

Tour Participation and Assumption of Risk

• Our tours involve walking on public sidewalks, streets, and outdoor areas. Participants assume the inherent risks of walking in an urban environment, including uneven surfaces, weather conditions, traffic, and low-light conditions.
• Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and ability to complete the tour. If you have mobility concerns, please contact us before booking at (928) 224-0518 to discuss accommodations.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves in a disruptive manner, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
• Tour guides are not medical professionals. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911.
• By participating in a tour, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Freaky Foot Tours LLC, its owners, employees, and guides harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from tour participation.
• Minors: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Photography: By joining a tour, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, notify your guide at the beginning of the tour.
• Weather: Tours operate rain or shine. Dress appropriately for weather conditions.
